Pediatric Sports Injuries

Youth athletes are getting hurt at an alarming rate. There are a number of reasons for these injuries, including unfit field conditions and equipment, inflexibility, lack of coordination, and the aggressive nature of contact sports. There are both medical and holistic approaches to treat sports injuries, but it is best to take steps to prevent them from happening in the first place.
