Leadership Hour: Larry Downes

Steve Adubato is joined by Larry Downes, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, New Jersey Resources, for the premiere edition of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour. In the first half hour, Steve and Larry discuss the essence of leadership, which, according to Larry, include learning, teaching and caring. Then, the second half of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour features an in-depth interview with New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney on State of Affairs with Steve Adubato. Steve and Senate President Sweeney discuss such issues as the public employee pension crisis, the school funding formula, the millionaire’s tax and legalizing marijuana.
